I have been working on my family tree for several years, spending several hours only last night. Today when I try to connect even to the work done last night it takes me back to the family tree starting page. What the hell is going on!

Jeff, Geni Curator Paul, it looks like you have two accounts. One with your family and one without. So perhaps you logged into the wrong one?

Paul Ritscher Jeff, neither link takes me to my family tree, the second one links my profile to my daughter. This is really messed up. I go back into my history for the posts I made last night and link to my tree and everything is gone. I can link the entries from last night, and they show that I made the profile, and I am the manager, but when I link to the tree - nothing!

Jeff, Geni Curator The second profile is the one with all the activity that you describe with profiles being added by it in the last 8 hours. It has a tree. It was originally added by your daughter, but it was joined on March 29, 2008 and last online today. The first profile above has no family. I'll send a family request to each one.. if you accept, I'll attempt to merge them or perhaps I can at least connect the current profile your using back into your other tree. From what I can tell, the tree is there, so don't worry to much.. we just need to get you back into it.
