How can I remove my family info from Google search results after deleting my account?

I created a family tree last year and later closed my account, thinking my tree info would disappear. Not so. When I search for family members in Google, my old tree information still appears in the search results.

Geni.com has not responded to several requests from me to remove my family tree information.

I had to create a new account just to post this question, because there is no contact information available and you must subscribe as a Pro to access the Help Desk.

Can someone please help me understand how I can delete my family tree information from an account that is now closed?

  Hello William:

  When you close your account, the tree will not be destroyed when there are other claimed profiles in your tree. If you wish to have access to the tree again in order to delete some of the information, you will need to contact the relatives that you had originally invited to the tree and ask one of them to invite you back to your profile.
