I created a family tree last year and later closed my account, thinking my tree info would disappear. Not so. When I search for family members in Google, my old tree information still appears in the search results.
Geni.com has not responded to several requests from me to remove my family tree information.
I had to create a new account just to post this question, because there is no contact information available and you must subscribe as a Pro to access the Help Desk.
Can someone please help me understand how I can delete my family tree information from an account that is now closed?
