Can't print family tree?

Under "Family", "Free Family Tree Chart", it timed out yesterday with an error, saying to contact support.

Today, it sits there for a long time (>30 minutes).

Is it working for anyone else today?

  Getting the original error again today:

  "Failed Saving Poster

  We had an error saving your family tree poster.

  Please refresh and try again. If this problem

  continues, please write help@geni.com."

  Hi Doug:

  There seems to be an issue with downloading the family tree chart for some users. We have submitted a bug issue on this and it will be looked into further to have fixed.

  Same issue for me, tried on Safari, Chromium, Firefox, on Mac OS 10.8.3 and Xubuntu, no change.

  And this bug is more than 3 months old...

  try to print basic family tree. got an error

  I don't think Geni supports Mac OS X --- there is no way to print from any browser on Mac. There is no support on Geni --

  I can't print or download my family tree, the computer tries to do something and then it goes back to the same menu where I was before.
