My entire family tree has disappeared

I worked for hours a few years ago making my family tree on Geni.  I added dozens of photos and information.  Today I looked for my tree after receiving an email from Geni, but my entire tree is gone.  

Geni says I have no photos or family listed on my tree.  

All my family research has been for nothing.  All the hours I spent adding family members to my tree and looking through old family photos and scanning them have been lost.  

Is there anything I can do to recover my family tree?

  Carol, it's likely you have multiple accounts and that you're logged into the wrong one.  I've seen it happen several times to people and I've never seen a case where someones tree disappeared.  So, I think we just need to find your tree and get you back into that account.    Looks like you're logged into the account with a lizard picture.  I'll send you a private message.
