Negative life expectancy!

I have 140 people in my tree and am generating a negative life expectancy for the females. I have inspected all the female profiles and can find no obvious input errors. Of course some dates are blank, but so are some of the males and that life expectancy is 56. Any advice would be welcome

  Alan, I'll send a note to one of the Geni staff.  This looks like it could be a bug.

  Thanks Jeff, a bit more info - the calculation seems OK for ancestors but blood relatives returns a very negative female life expectancy.

  Mine is showing a -97 in male life expectancy for blood relatives. I too examined those relatives with lifespans and none were negative or filled with errors. Bug?

  oh wow, and my ancestors shows -315 lol

  I have 57 for male and -168 for female even though I can see nothing untoward with birth dates / death dates

  I think it may be a problem with the statistics not correctly handling before, after, between dates.
