I want to delete my account.

  To simply deactivate your account, you can find the close account page in your settings: Close Account.  You'll want to delete any pictures or information beforehand.  Your profile will remain behind (private) as part of the family tree for your other family members.  If you want it deleted from the tree, you'll have to ask a family member to delete it after you close your account.
