When you open a person's profile you usually get your name and then how this person is connected to you.
Suddenly my grandson is the first person on the list and I have no clue how this could have happened. I copied what I
see on my screen so it might better explain the phenomena. Of course it should go from left to right but that would not copy
Yoav Gillath (grandson)

his father
→
his mother
→
her mother
→
her brother
→
etc

You probably clicked the "push pin" by accident in the top right corner of your grandson's profile. Go to your grandson's profile and in the top right you should see what looks like a pin with a little "x" below the pin, meaning it's stuck in. Click the pin and it should return to a normal pin, unstuck (probably a better term then unstuck..haha). What the pin does is allows you to place the start of the relationship link on someone other than yourself, so you can see how someone else is related to someone.
Thank you Jeff, it is probably what happened when I tried to delete one of two Yoav Gillath (I have asked Geni to delete a fake profile but no one replied so far).
Now all is well again except that I have to solve this problem of two profiles for one person, any ideas? Thank you
It appears that one of Yoav Gillath's profiles is claimed, meaning that he manages the profile. You will not be able to delete that profile. You could try to delete the other one (when in tree view, you would see a little "X" on the profile in the top right corner). Otherwise, you could try to merge the two profiles.
To merge duplicates, use the ‘Move this Person’ button found in the 'more' link of a node on your tree. This will add the node to the 'Move These People' tray, found on the side of your Tree view. Then drag the node onto the duplicate profile and select "They're the same person".
