I have changed the living status on your wife, which was an error since it is a claimed profile and technically should not be possible to set as deceased.
I cannot change her email, - and cannot see it either, but if you still have access to her registered email you can try a password recovery at https://www.geni.com/login/send_password - or send an email to subscriptions@geni.com and ask for help to recover her account.
I have the same issue with my aunt - with whom I just got off the phone. She is definitely alive and kicking! Could you pls message me privately and I'll give you her name? thanks! - Brett
