Cannot approve matches for collaborators' profiles

Is this by  design, or is it a bug?  If I am collaborating with someone, shouldn't I be able to approve matches for profiles we are collaborating on?

  As of now, it is by design... the profiles that you can confirm are ones you manage, profiles in your family group, and ancestor profiles up to 20 generations.
