I change internet providers (Comcast from Verizon) without first changing mt email address inside Geni and now when I go to reset my password I have no way of retrieving the password reset .

I have a 14 day Pro Membership which I have paid for and I can't retrieve my geneology acct with over 77 people on my chart.
