Jeff, Geni Curator You could just have her add you as a manager to those profiles under the Actions menu, Management Options and then select the option to make you the "Primary". It will still leave her as a manager though, but after you accept management, she can go back to the management options and relinquish management. Alternatively, she could closer her account, which should transfer them to the closest active relative, which should be you. Then I expect you could invite her back in, but haven't tried that. The first way will do it for sure.

Maria Catherine Krasevec WHERE IS THE ACTIONS MENU? I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE!

Jeff, Geni Curator On the person's profile, right hand side (across from the person's name). Also, I'd suggest toggling your CAPS LOCK as it suggest shouting - press shift+letter to use mixed case as you would normally write it.

Permanently deleted user Hi - Is it called Action's menu. I can't find it either. Thanks!

Permanently deleted user Ah ha. I found "actions" but there was not an option for management.
My husband seems to be "manager" of my tree and I'm trying to change that.
Thanks!

Roxane Abiel Logan How do I change the manager of my tree to my name.?
My name is Roxane Logan and my cousin Michelle Usual signed up for the tree and died, leaving me without access to her tree to write that she was deceased.
I unknowingly entered her email address into her page creating a whole lot of confusion. I had to close down that email address and log into with another email. In closing out, I explained all this and they changed her status to decease. However it shows that she was the one that manages all the tree names I entered and I want it to be my name.
Is there any way I can change her name to mine?
