My wife and I use the same email address (johnorjudy at charter dot net). I have changed the address on my profile to our new (charter dot net) email address but am unable to change the address in her profile. When I try I get the reply that the new email address is "already in use." Well, duh--of course it is , I'm using it!! Several days ago I sent in the question about how to change her email address and today I get the helpful advice that I should "merge" the two accounts. When I try that I get back the message that husband and wife accounts can't be merged! Let's forget all of that and you folks just change her (Judith Ann Hixson) email address to johnorjudy at charter dot net. saving me from loosing any more hair. Thank you.
