Problem Editing a Profile that I added and that I manage

I added a profile and I have been able to edit it in the past but now it seems locked. I cannot edit the profile at all. Would you be so kind to help me? I a trying to add more information to it (e.g., middle name and other info) but I cannot figure out why it is locked. It is like if I had invited the person and accepted the invite but that has not happened. The profile is http://www.geni.com/people/Melker-Carl-Jackleus/6000000019483822820

  Eric, I can see no reason why his profile is locked. As a curator, I can edit it for you but it would be best if you have Customer Service correct the problem for you

  Hi Eldon, Thank you for such nice offer. I will contact customer service as you suggest. Would you be so kind to change the first name from Melker Carl to Melker Oskar Carl for me? I am hoping that once you make the change, maybe I will able to edit it. Thanks again, Ivan

  Thank you so much. I see your change. However for some reason, the profile still looks locked. Strange. Thanks for the help. I wonder if you erased it and I added back again if that would solve the problem.

  Eric, I never erase or remove a profile. If you can't edit it, it is a Geni bug and needs to be fixed by customer service.
