I want to give my cousin access to the tree, but can't add her to the members that I want to invite to the tree, or add her email to her information. Can't figure out what process to follow.

Jeff, Geni Curator You should just be able to add her email address to her profile (or create a profile for her in the tree and add her email), which will send her an invitation.
