It keeps saying awaiting assingment to a support agent. And i've done this request two weeks ago.
This is ridiculous.
Can somebody assist ?

Maris K Bliesath Hodges Finally I found a way to voice an opinion. I know this is a new age but I am an old age and I really take offense at my husband of nearly 54 years being listed as my partner. HE IS NOT MY PARTNER HE IS MY HUSBAND!!!! Why do you cater to the new and not stick with the old for those of us who believe in Marriage between a man and woman. I have to be fair as someone came in and fixed a problem on my tree and I really appreciate it. That was very nice. I am going to look at other genea sites to see if I can find any that fit in with my lifestyle.

Jann-Per Aspevik I have try to send answered many times and no respons. Is there any who can answered me in Norwegian? I have try many times to export my GEDCOM, but never get any e-mail when it is finish. Why?????
