Has anyone else experienced very lengthly delays for a Geni Help ticket? I submitted two tickets 10 days ago and the status is still pending assignment.

I have a 1 year bug ticket that haven't been solve until now. The last feedback from them was 8 month ago and there is no reply at all from them.
There is also a 7 months bug ticket with their Geni API that I had asked and the last feedback was 6 months ago. I had even asked several times and also proposed a temporary solution but with no luck. It's really disappointing as I paid both Geni and Progeny and they still can't fix this bug until now.

Robert Webb I submitted a ticket requesting e-mail address issue July 3 and still have not received a reply. I am contacting my credit card company to have the automatic renewal fee removed because of lack of support and a process that does NOT work to resolve payment issues expeditiously.

David Itzhak Flint I am paying for a PRO membership. One of the benefits is getting a faster response. BUT I DO NOT GET A RESPONSE at all.

My issue is the time it takes GENI to respond to a help ticket.
