I have invited my family to join my tree. When they click on the link, they get Error: You don't have permission to view this page. It appears several people have a similar problem. Further, once they are invited, there does not seem to be an easy way to reinvite them. This is the link sent to my son, Erik V Steiner

Kenneth He has not joined so can not see even his own profile because it is private. Only family members who have joined can see them. He has to join by responding to the email invitation and setting a password. Has he responded to the link to saying that is him with that email address? if not, that is what he needs to do if it is actually his email address. No two people on Geni can share an email address
This is extremely confusing. I have a password, the computer recognizes me (I assume with cookies) I have merged ancestors, I get emails. etc. How can I not be a member? If this is truly the case, it is not at all clear what I have to do to become a member.

Not you, Eric seems to have another profile You should have a merge request and if you complete it, it should straighten things out If he still has the problem, customer service will have to straighten it out
