I can read the frequantly asked questions but not the answers. and why when I submit a question i got PRO payment - and not able to subbmit it?

  There is no reason to submit a question. If you are a manager of a profile you can edit it unless it is a locked Master Profile. Go to edit profile, check the deceased box and the fields for date and place of death and burial date and place appear. Fill them in and click save.
