I have sent an invite twice but my family member did not receive it. I have checked that the email address is correct. How long does it take for an invite to be received.

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) Joan It should be done within moments unless she is using Gmail. If she is, it is probably in her Spam box. Gmail needs to be set to allow Geni.

Joan Pamela Whitely-Wilson Eldon, Thank you. It was to a Gmail address. I have informed my family member to make the changes to allow Geni and to check his Spam Folder.

Sabino III de Leon Hi similar issue, entered email address (it is a yahoo mail) to a relative, who is eager to join the family tree. however she still has not received any email. I tried to delete and re-enter her same yahoo mail. but still no email received on my relative. she did check her spam folder. nothing there. appreciate if this can be fixed.
My relatives have embraced the Geni Family Tree which I just set up last 30 hours ago. I hope I can help those family members who are excited to join but still awaiting email invite.
