I am fed up with someone else being seen as being the manager of MY tree. My preference would be to remove my tree and not be part of Geni any more but if I can't do that, how do I regain control of MY family?

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) Dr Bob Pryn is the person who entered your profile. That is why he is the manager. Under the "Actions" menu you will find management options where you can request management and even be primary manager
It is always good to have more than one manager.

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) I forgot to say, you have control of your family because they are in your family group.

Françoise Vassy I have created my family tree, and I sometimes loose control on my relatives' file :
Instead of "modify /plus", I can read "Tree / plus".
How canI enter their file again, because I'm sure that some are not good enough on computers to manage their own file.
Thank you for an answer in French if possible.
Regards.

Isabel Cosgrove I found out that Bob Pryn was emailed to say I was no longer joint manager because I hadn't been into Geni for a couple of months. How silly is that!

Françoise Vassy Very grateful for your answer.
But, where do I find that "Actions" menu ?
I can't see anywhere an option proposing to be "primary manager".
Some actions may be obvious to you and very difficult for users.: please, would you explain the way as if I was a 5 year old child. Be sure to tell me how this action could be found with french language.
Thank you.
