I think my site has been compromised. Please respond. This is ridiculous that we cannot contact anyone either by e-mail or phone and just to find this site is cumbersome.

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) Gloria, please be more specific What is wrong with your tree. Also, at the bottom of every page there are links including Help. A lot of help is not available to Basic users but there is a lot of info at these links.

Gloria Levenstein Mazin Someone wrote to me who is not on my tree. She asked me if I want a copy of a marriage certificate of one of my deceased relatives. How was she able to do that and would she need my e-mail address?

Eldon Clark (Geni volunteer curator) Any Geni user can contact any other Geni user through the message system. You don't need an e-mail address. The offer to help is one of the great things about interacting on Geni.

Emily Doolin Aulicino My site has been hacked. I signed in and the name is F Williams and not mine: Emily Doolin Aulicino.
Please email me at: aulicino@hevanet.com and do not use the Geni site as I do not know if I would even get the msg. Obviously several people are having the same issue. I just changed the F Williams to my name, but I can't find my messages now.
