Why I cannot see my family tree?

When I click on " tree", I cannot see my family tree.

  Make sure that you have Flash installed and enabled for Geni. The tree needs Flash to show.

  I've always been able to view my tree.... Now I can't... ? Why??

  Hi Elizabeth, can you please provide more details about your issue? Do you receive an error message in the tree view?

  It was a temporary glitch.... I was concerned as the messages I received were not from GENi. They were from MyHeritage.com
  The issue has been resolved.
