My father in law is no longer receiving any Geni notifications. I've checked his preferences and he is supposed to be getting the emails (weeklies, birthday notices, etc.). Is there some way for Geni staff to check this? It appears I can only sdubmit a ticket for this if you're a pro member, which I'm not.

Jeff, Geni Curator Do check to make sure the bottom checkbox is not checked. It can appear like they're all checked, but if that bottom one is checked, you won't get anything.

The only other thing I can think of is that the email service provider is marking it as Spam. So make sure that Geni is excluded from that. Try to send him a message through Geni to see if he gets that.
