I granted someone access to my tree, but now her tree has merged with mine which I did not want or grant permission for. I have 2 entries for several people in my tree and the 2nd set of information is not always correct. How can I unassociate this tree with mine?

Jeff, Geni Curator The proper thing to do here is to complete the merge process so only a single profile exists for each person and do the conflict resolution to choose the correct data. The goal of Geni is a single world tree, so all duplicates should be merged, so that you can collaborate on common ancestors. Connecting different branches of Geni is expected. If you need help with this (to clean it up), I'd be happy to assist. We do have the ability to unmerge, but it is a painful process and only done if the merge is truly an incorrect merge between two different people.
