Jonathan (Jono) Herrman I reported a profile (https://www.geni.com/people/Sam/6000000003782926546) as deceased some time ago ... Geni is usually good, but has not marked them as deceased and I can't seem to edit their profile in this regard. :-(

Lisa Marie Morrissey The manager of our family tree has died and she alone is listed as manager. Can we assume her role? Hope you can help, thanks

Geni Support Team Hi Lisa, we're sorry to here about your relative's passing. Please report their profile as Deceased via the Actions button on their profile. On their profile, click on Actions at the top right, select "Report," and choose "Deceased" from the drop down. You may also leave a note that you wish to take over management of their profiles. Once our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to unclaim the account so that you may edit it to reflect their passing.
Please see our FAQ for step-by-step instructions along with screenshots: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706547-How-do-I-report-a-profile-as-Deceased
