I found 2 brothers that 1 of them marry the daughter of the other.

How can I put this Lady has a daughter and a wife?

  The woman appears twice, but there is green  symbol...

  Is there any trick to make the cognection and see her once?

  It's a single profile, just displayed in two different places in the tree.  If you focused the tree on her profile, the you would only see her once, but I expect in any other situation, it would have to show her twice with the little indicator that she's in two places.
