My grandfather John Tyler Richards Sr. passed away just a few days ago. He was a source of information for me and helped me create my family tree on my mothers side (Betty Barbour). Last night after coming home from his funeral I logged into Geni.com and I am missing almost all of my mothers side of the family. I am at a loss to say the least..
Please tell me I am doing something wrong,.. that I need to click on xx button and there it is.. or that it can be recovered. I am literally in tears at this point.
Also my fathers side of the family tree seems different.. almost like its been squished together. I paid a genealogist to have his side researched. I am so upset at this point I dont even know what to say.
I can even see under revisions where my mother added in William Richards on Dec 14 2014 but last night he was not there. I had to add him again (along with two other daughters I know I added).
Please help me... I need this family history back.
