how does one help out or request for help in the Collaboration Pool?

Jeff, Geni Curator The collaboration pool is not really a "help" pool. It was designed to give users greater access to public profiles. You can start a discussion on any profile, so additional managers may see it or you can send a private message to managers if there are questions or problems. If you need help in your tree, then curators are available to help. Try posting in this discussion thread: http://www.geni.com/discussions/142108
