Hi folks
I entered 'What is a fake profile?' in the Knowledge base 'search' feature. I got a response, but clicking on the response only tells me what a fake article is. Not the article itself.
I know the article exists because I had previously seen--been in it. I can't seem to find it again.
How do you access/open the complete article? An article icon is just to the left of the response to my query; but, that doesn't enable me to open it.
