My Cousin changed her email-address and now she can't view her account. How can I help her?

  She should be able to log in with the old email, so long as she remembers her password.  If she still has access to that email and has forgotten her password, I'd suggest just resetting the password.  http://help.geni.com/entries/466610-Lost-Password 

  Once in, she can update her account with the new email address.  https://www.geni.com/account_settings/email_password

  If she has both forgotten her password and no longer has access to the old email account, then you should send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com
