  You're asking about MyHeritage, but this support forum is for Geni.  While Geni is owned by MyHeritage, they're two separate sites and have different ways to manage privacy.  

  On MyHeritage, you should look at http://www.myheritage.com/FP/member-privacy-settings.php

  * Uncheck the option "Allow people to find and view my public profile (recommended)"

  On Geni, you should look at https://www.geni.com/account_settings/permissions

  * Uncheck the option "Let the public search for me (profile privacy settings apply)"

  Do know that after you have made these changes, the effects may not take effect for several weeks.  This is because Google caches the pages they index (it's not a live search) and it will take a little time for Google to reindex the website and find that you page is no longer visible to the public.
