I added family members to my tree, now most of my tree disappeared.
Family member show up on list. Why are they not on tree now?
Why would I ever upgrade to Pro. This is a disaster.

Jeff, Geni Curator Donald, what you're seeing is the presentation due to multiple sets of parents. You currently have a pair of biological parents set and an adoptive mother (with no father). It sounds like you have your view set to see Iona, but you could change that by clicking on the "2" listed above your name to switch the view to the biological parents.
If this is incorrect, you can change your parents in your relationship tab: https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_relationships
So for example, if you just have biological parents, select who the correct parents are in the first pull down and then check the box and click remove to remove the additional incorrect parent relationship. If your biological father was with an adoptive mother, then you can select that also in the pull down, so that the father's side of the tree also shows with the adoptive mother.

Jeff, Geni Curator I took care of some of this for you, since there were some duplicates by Kenneth that needed to be resolved which added Iona as a spouse of Leslie. So now you have two full sets of parents listed, so in your relationship tab you can change that as needed. Again, let me know if you need assistance - it's far from a disaster. :)
