Someone is merging profiles with mine that are NOT related to mine. I am unable to correct the errors. What can I do?

  Gaye, can you point to the profile(s) that were merged.  It's possible that I can unmerge them if two people were merged that were not the same person.

  I'm not sure what led Shawn to believe they were the same person - perhaps he trusted the automated system's suggestion and didn't review the facts, but it clearly wasn't the same person and I've reverted it.  Take a look - sometimes information can get lost and I apologize for that.  Normally merging is a good thing and what Geni strives to accomplish, but we want to do it accurately.  https://www.geni.com/worldfamilytree/learn-more
