Geni Pro Account has been expired within a year. Why?

I just got a notification that my Geni Pro has expired.

This I do not understand as I paid the full amount about 3 months ago. I looked it up in my Bank Account. So why has my Geni Pro expired within a year?

If you can send the answer to my email, I would be very grateful.
