I can't view profile to be able to contact profile manager.

For one family I can query name and get into the profile and click on contact profile manager.  For another family I want to contact the profile manager but I can't get that information.  When I click on the name of the person or manager it goes directly to the payment page.

  Are you clicking this on Geni or on the MyHeritage SmartMatches?  Geni should be free to send a message once you get to the person's profile, however, there are pay areas, such as searching that might have you hit a pay way.
