How do I discover a forgotten password?

  At the login screen, there should be an option to reset your password.

  There is an option to reset my password, but I forgot my password, therefore I can't reset it. It seems that Geni would have a way for members to reset their password, like Facebook, email providers, banks, etc. A temporary password is sent and then we can reset our password. Please help me!

  Once you have requested your password reset, if you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your spam or junk folders (or if you use Gmail please check the other Gmail tabs (Primary, Social, Promotions, etc.).
