I have a large family tree and have just put the birth order in (I didn't know you could do this at first). The result is that my grandfather and grandmother are on opposite ends of the tree although married - the tree is really odd like this. The only tool for moving nodes that I can see actually changes the relationship of the node. Can the nodes be moved in position only?

Jeff, Geni Curator Not that I'm aware. You could decrease the Ancestor generators listed within the preferences for the tree (at the bottom) so that it displays them together, but as you increase the generations, it places them based on viewing the entire tree.
