Why can't I get into my Geni site? I set the whole thing up years ago and now I can no longer access it!

I cannot get into the Geni site.  I am the one  who set up this entire site and now I cannot get into it to view it, update it, etc.

  Once you have requested your password reset, if you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your spam or junk folders (or if you use Gmail please check the other Gmail tabs (Primary, Social, Promotions, etc.).
