I have not had the opportunity to add much to my GENI account but yesterday, I visited my site and found that someone significantly added to the ancestry layers of one of my ggrandfathers. The person added 10 generations going back to 1545. How can I reach this person? How do I authenticate the added data? Is it possible for anybody to access any account and add to the tree? Thanks. Lawrence, you should be able to contact the managers of any profile by clicking the contact button. Also, there is a discussion tab on every profile where you could ask questions and collaborate with others interested. You can try to authenticate the data yourself and upload sources, see if the profiles have sources (or matches), or ask the others if they have sources for the data.
