How do I disconnect from a disabled Facebook account?

I would like to disconnect from my old Facebook profile that was deactivated some time ago and connect to the new one. How can I do it? I have no access to my old Facebook account/profile anymore.

  Dear Vilius

  You can disable apps in the account settings option, you find this by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen

  Dear Anne Marie,

  I have tried this, however Facebook is not listed in the Application section, I only see "MyHeritage" there, including the option to close it.

  At the same time, in the Account Settings -> My Account -> Facebook section it says the following:

  Your account is currently linked with Facebook as http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=665379623.

  To disconnect your Geni account from Facebook:

  1. Go to the Application Settings - Authorized section of your Facebook account: http://www.facebook.com/editapps.php?v=allowed
  2. Look for the Geni application.
  3. Click the "x" at the end of the Geni application box, as shown below.

  I can't do this, as this Facebook account is closed and I have a new one since a few years now.

  Is it possible to do something on Geni side to get it fixed?

  Hi Vilius,

  As this is a Facebook app setting we will not be able to change this unfortunately. In case you do remember your old facebook account details you might be able to reactivate the Facebook account in order to disable the Geni app.
