My great grandmother had 11 children. I only have my grandfather listed since he is in the direct line.
How do I add the other 10 children to my great grandmother?

As you want to add 10 new profiles, I suggest to use the second method "Add Immediate Family" from your tree. If you choose your grandfather as the focus person, then add new 10 profiles as his siblings. While if you select your great grandmother as the focus person, add it as her children. :)
