My brother was the creator and manager of our family tree. He has now died and I want to take over the management of out tree. How do I do that?

  Hi, I tried to claim to manage my sisters profile from the manager who wasn’t active for awhile on site, believe I have received confirmation about it that I am now a manger, but on my sisters profile still showing old managers name. How can I fix this please?
