Years ago I invited my cousin to join our family tree. She made an account (emailaddress and password). After her divorce she changed her emailaddress and forgot to change her accountdetails at geni.com. Now she can't log in in geni anymore.
I guess this happens a lot.
What to do?
If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance.
