I'm posting this on behalf of my brother, who cannot post here because he cannot log in due to password prtoblems. Here is the problem as he describes it:
"It seems whenever I log in, it always tells me I'm giving the wrong password - even if I request and create a new one. I haven't been able to view the family tree for over 4 years because of this. When I do make a password change, it assumes I want to create a new family tree."
Neither of us have a paid account, so if anyone here can help, it would be mulch appreciated. Thanks!
