To reset your password, please try the following:
1. Click on "Log In".
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Geni account and click 'Next.'
4. We'll send you an email with a link that you can use to set a new password.
Note: If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance (please include your old email address).
