Lost Password

To reset your password, please try the following:

  1. Click the "Don't know your password?" link from the login page
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Geni account and click 'Submit'
  3. We'll send you a link you can use to set a new password
Note: If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com for assistance.
