  I am also interested in importing from Family Tree Maker. Is there ever a response to this?

  Has anyone gotten an answer to this?  It is hard to think about upgrading if I can not find a way to contact someone about something so important.

  I have not seen any reply from Geni.  This appears to be a pretty worthless help center.

  You would think in the 2 years since James first posted this, someone from Geni would have a comment.
