I was informed via email that:
"You have been made manager of [your husband's] profiles due to his inactivity on Geni."
It seems I now manage his entire family as well! I had him log in and he'd like to resume 'management' of the many profiles that were transferred. Can I reverse this automatic profile transfer?
[Feature request: I should have been asked to accept the transfer before it happened.]
Your help system leaves a lot to be desired. Here is the message I received. There is some sort of connection between my family and that of Lis Busfield but I did not request this transfer. Please advise how this happened. and how best to manage these profiles. I need some explanation that goes beyond your simple FAQ. I do not want to pay for Geni Pro, but I do not want to lose the work I did when I entered all this information.
