When you send me smart match from geni, my geni pro side say "invalid id" ?

When you send me smart match from geni, my geni pro side say "invalid id" ? 

Please solve the problem.

I have a pro subscription to geni, and have also premium pro to My Heritage?

Therfore i can not use the matches?
