How do I request a merge?

I am a basic user. If a profile I manage is the same person as a profile I do not manage, how do I transmit a request to merge to the manager of the other profile? I am not seeing such an option. I am working on a n iPad, would I have better luck on a desktop?

  I do not have a "move this person" option under the "more" node.
