I added and manage the account of a relative who has died.  How do I change status to deceased?  Used to be easy, but I can't see how to do it now.

  This should help. I expect you're running into a claimed profile, which would require the action, report, deceased.  http://help.geni.com/entries/499442-how-can-i-update-the-profile-for-someone-who-is-deceased
